5-21-11 - "Love The Way You Lie" ~ Skylar Grey

If you've had any connection with pop culture within the past year or so, you've probably heard some version of this song.  But it probably wasn't this version.  Love or hate Eminem, he does have a knack for turning sections of songs like this into the hook for his raps... but this version, the original, is sans Slim (and Rihanna), just heart-wrenching vocals over a piano.  Grey's songwriting talent is evident, if a bit raw (I'm not entirely in love with the bridge), and the lyrics take you right into the dysfunction of the relationship.
